~PROGRAM OF WORK~
Holyoke FBLA officers met over the summer to create and compile this
year’s program of work. Sections of the program of work include
reasons to become a member of Future Business Leaders of America,
FBLA Leadership Conference descriptions, community service projects,
fundraising projects, a publicity section, and a section for other
activities. The new programs of work were distributed and approved
at the Welcome Back Social. |

~CHAPTER MEETINGS~
At each meeting, a copy of the agenda as well as an updated balance
sheet of each member’s fundraising money is given to all members.
Each officer participates in the meeting by giving a report from the
committee he or she chairs. The secretary is in charge of taking
roll and preparing the minutes. The chapter meetings are every other
Tuesday during lunch. Based on our point system, each
meeting is worth one point for members who attend. |

~COMMITTEE
MEETINGS~ Chapter committee
meetings are held during the activity period in FBLA Headquarters.
An officer committee chairperson organizes and sets up the meetings.
These meetings are necessary to ensure committees meet their goals
for the year. |

~FBLA LETTERHEAD~
Holyoke High School FBLA members have designed a letterhead. The
Holyoke Chapter uses this to communicate with other chapters or with
businesses in the community. This letterhead is also used for the
agenda and minutes at meetings. |

~INFORMATION
CENTER~ Located on the bulletin
board in the business room, the Information Center provides daily
announcements as well as FBLA news. Members are able to see all
vital FBLA information in one area. |
