Meet Wyatt Sprague

Internship HighlightsWyatt interns at Eagle Farms.
What are your goals?"Some of the goals that I set for myself include, learning about the business portion of running a farm, being more involved with the farm outside of the summer, and growing my knowledge of what it takes to run a farm in general. It takes more time, especially this time of year where not much is goin on crop wise, to get your business entities in tact."\r\n
What have you learned?"The most important aspect of my internship has been the professionalism that I have learned. It is important to be professional even on a farm because the way that you present yourself to people matters. As a farmer, you are almost never dressed professionally, but there are other ways to present yourself as a professional and how it helps you in the long run to present yourself in a professional and good manner when meeting someone."

A huge thank you to Eagle Farms and the Holyoke School District for allowing this partnership to happen and our students to learn and grow.
