Junior High Elia Wear:
Elia was nominated by Ms. Varela. Elia Wear is a very hard worker and steps up to any challenge. She is kind, respectful, and helpful to teachers and students. Elia always has a smile for everyone she meets. Elia works hard on keeping her classes and it shows in her good grades. She is involved in many activities at school and wants to pick in and help when she can. Please consider her for student of the month and she is a shining example of what a Holyoke Dragon student should be.
\r\nHigh School Caden Sporhase:
Caden was nominated by Mrs. Kleve. Caden has demonstrated the true meaning of being a Holyoke Dragon. He has volunteered for many junior class and school events. He is the first to raise his hand, show up and ask what more he can do. He has become a leader to his fellow juniors and displays concern for others on a regular basis. Most recently, Caden has checked in with the junior class advisors to see how he could help with prom on a daily basis. He was the first to show up to help set up and the last to leave. We could not have pulled off this event without his help. He was also one of a few students who showed up to help tear down. He helps with a smile and always asks what's next. He has become a true leader and stand-up guy.
