Dear parents/guardians,
As the year is coming to an end, I wanted to make sure to inform you about a few items.
Due to weather predictions for Tuesday and Thursday in Holyoke, we are moving field day to Wednesday, May 22nd. The times will stay the same. Below are lunch times for each grade level.
Kindergarten -10:50
4th Grade -11:00
5th Grade -11:;10
6th Grade -11:20
*K, 4, 5, and 6th grade field day starts at 11:45
*1, 2, and 3rd grade field day starts at 8:30 and ends at 11:30
1st Grade -11:45
2nd Grade -11:55
3rd Grade -12:05
We are asking students to turn in their overdue library books and have sent home notes reminding students to get their library book turned in. The technology department is inspecting student Chromebooks and if your child has a damage Chromebook, there will be a call going out to you with a fee to help offset the cost of repair to the device. Students who owe money, including overdue library books, lunch accounts, or damaged chromebooks to the Holyoke School District, will have their third trimester report card held until fees are paid. You can pay these fees at the Holyoke Elementary School.
