Out of respect for Mr. Kramer, there will be no school Monday, Oct. 9. His funeral will be held at 1 p.m. at the Phillips County Event Center.


FCCLA Members are going to fall conference

Holyoke FCCLA will attend the fall conference Wednesday, Oct. 11, at NJC. Adviser Mrs. Ortner said they attend every year and it’s a great way for kids to kick off the year and meet other members. About 9-10 other schools attend, and Ortner said they are hoping to learn about the eight national programs and gain leadership skills.


FFA range judging is going to state

The FFA range judging team will be attending state at CSU in Fort Collins for three days on Wednesday, Oct. 11.

Thursday, Oct. 12- High School volleyball w/ Akron

 Friday, Oct. 13- High School Football w/ Limon


Junior High Sports 

Tuesday. Oct.10- Boys basketball practice starts 

Thursday. Oct. 12 Volleyball w/Akron


College Fair is Thursday

College fair will be held Thursday, Oct. 12 Students in grades 10-12 will get a chance to visit with college admission representatives.


What is special this week?

National Take your parents out to lunch day is on Wednesday, Oct. 11.


National Farmer’s Day is Thursday Oct. 12. Give thanks to our local farmers for providing us with produce.
