Holyoke staff and students wish to express their sincere appreciation for the many parents who volunteer each year to make magical childhood memories that kids will remember forever. Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s Day at Holyoke Elementary School are some of the most anticipated events of the year thanks to the room parents who plan parties, bake goodies, and provide entertaining games.

“My favorite part of the parties is games. For example this year we played ‘Heart Sucking’ where each student had a straw and picked up the heart using suction from their mouth. Then, they had to run across the room without releasing the heart to drop it into a bowl.” Cody Maloney
