Holyoke School District Pick up
Please plan to pick up your child’s materials at the elementary school and/or JH/HS on Friday, March 27th.
Pick up during the following times will help our families collect their materials a little quicker. We are using the first letter of the child’s last name.
7:30-9:00am A-D
9:00-10:30am E-K
10:30-12:00pm L-M
1:00-2:30pm O-R
2:30-4:00pm S-Z

ALL JH/HS sports unitforms need to be dropped off at the JH/HS. This includes Swim, Basketball, Wrestling, and Track. You only need to pick up your JH/HS student's materials if he/she left items in his/her locker. We would greatly appreciate your help in collecting the items on Friday, March 27th, but if this date and time does not work for you, we will have people helping on Monday, March 30th between 7:30-4:00pm.
Please be patient with us as we are doing our best to get your child’s items gathered as fast as we can. Do NOT get out of your vehicle.
Elementary pick up:
Drive up to the far northwest school entrance close to the swimming pool.
Let the staff member know the last name of your family. The staff member will walkie-talkie the name to the staff inside so they can collect the student’s materials and bring them to the front. (If you have a 5th or 6th grader in band and need his/her instrument, please let the staff member know as well.)
While you are driving the vehicle forward, please look at the lost and found items and prepare to hand the staff member any library books. Please let someone know if one of the items belongs to you and someone will hand it to you.
When you get to the front of the school, please stay in your vehicle and we will bring your child’s materials to you when we have all of them collected on our table.

JH/HS pick up: (You only need to go to the JH/HS IF your child left items in his/her locker.)
Drive up to the southeast side of the HS (Between the student parking lot and the street in front of the new gym.

Recogida en Primaria:
Conduzca hasta la entrada de la escuela al noroeste, cerca de la piscina.
Informe al miembro del personal el apellido de su familia. El miembro del personal le dará el nombre al personal que está dentro para que puedan recoger los materiales del estudiante y llevarlos al frente. (Si tiene un alumno de quinto o sexto grado en la banda y necesita su instrumento, infórmelo también al miembro del personal).
Mientras conduce el vehículo hacia adelante, mire los artículos perdidos y encontrados y prepárese para entregarle al miembro del personal los libros de la biblioteca. Avísele a alguien si uno de los artículos le pertenece y alguien se lo entregará.
Cuando llegué al frente de la escuela, quédese en su vehículo y le traeremos los materiales de su hijo cuando los tengamos reunidos en nuestra mesa.
Tenga paciencia con nosotros, ya que estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que los artículos de su hijo se reúnan lo más rápido posible.
Recogida en JH/HS: (Solo tiene que ir al JH / HS SI su hijo dejó artículos en su casillero).
Conduzca hasta el lado sureste del HS (entre el estacionamiento de estudiantes y la calle frente al nuevo gimnasio.

Mientras conduce el vehículo hacia adelante, deje los libros de texto escolares, libros de la biblioteca y uniformes en las cajas provistas.
Cuando llegué al frente de la escuela, quédese en su vehículo y le traeremos los materiales de su hijo cuando los tengamos todos reunidos en nuestra mesa.
