The 100 Mile Club

On Wednesday October 4th, from 3:00-3:25 all students walked together to kick off the start of the 100 Mile Club. The 100 Mile Club is a challenge to all students to walk, run, or jog 100 miles over the course of the school year. The students will be logging how many miles they run on their designated practice days. According to the organization that is holding the 100 Mile Club, it is not only a great way to get students active, it also creates more of a bond between students and brings them together. Students can get in their miles during the following time; PE, school hours, at lunch, recess, and before or after school hours. The organization encourages everyone to try it out and to invite others to try it also. (Photo Credit: Holyoke Enterprise)
