Each month the staff at the elementary school highlights the achievements of students who have demonstrated positive behavior. This behavior is represented by the acronym SOAR.

At the same assembly, students and teachers also celebrated those students who demonstrated Visible Learning. Teachers encourage Visible Learning with the acronym LEARNERS.
