This school year the Junior/Senior High School is please to continue its partnership with the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce in recognizing students who go above and beyond in their efforts to RISE to Excellence. 

Additionally, in conjunction with the Elementary and Jr./Sr. High School's Youth Connection work and the Board of Education's desire to recognize students at board meetings that demonstrate exceptional academic and behavior a Dragon Coin was designed by the administration to be given to students each month.

The following students have been selected for November Students of the Month.

Junior High: Lili Vasquez

Lili was nominated by multiple classmates. 

She has helped out people. She pays attention and works hard on her work. She prioritizes her work and is kind and polite to everyone she meets. She is always bright and happy. She makes sure everyone understands their assignment and makes sure the class is paying attention and is quiet. I'm not just nominating her because I'm her friend. I'm nominating her because every parent, student, peer, or teacher says she is an amazing student and has a bright spirited soul and has lots of energy. 

High School : Hudson Koellner

Hudson was nominated by a classmate.

Hudson is on top of all his work and is also doing wrestling. He has helped me a lot because I am a beginner in it and he decided to help me.
