
Mrs. Kleve's 8th grade class wrote a paragraph about Colorado. It is being sent to schools all over the U.S. and even one to Morocco. We can't wait to get one back from each state. We will update everyone as we get them in.



Beginning of the Year testing is over and cooler weather is here but before it got too cold the Elementary Sunshine Committee provided Snow Cones to the students to celebrate their hard work so far.

Juan Nunez won the $25 Chamber Bucks grand prize drawing! In total, students read over 110 books!!


Biology classes went around the school testing to see where they could find the most bacteria.





5th grade students received their band instruments 🥁 🪈🎷🎺🎼🎼🎶




The physical science classes are learning about circuits by trying to light a bulb using a battery and a power circuit.


In Third grade they pretended to be bakers and received different ticket orders. From those orders they built multiplication array cakes.





Breakfast is a hit. We are happy to offer free breakfast and lunch to all of our students this year.

The 2nd Graders are starting to settle into their morning routine.


5A Technology class did a Pop Culture activity with Ms. Bennett our new Library/Tech teacher.


Mrs. Bahler’s Kindergarten classroom is exploring our new manipulatives
for our brand new math program, Into Math.



6th graders improved their understanding of our LEARNERS traits as they compared resilient cacti to students with a growth mindset.


Physical science students wasted no time this week learning about the differences between chemical and physical reactions.

Junior high cheerleaders showed their love for the Dragons at camp this week!


These student athletes went above and beyond to make sure little ones saw the passion for their sport! We are grateful for the time that Audrey, Elyce, Leslie, Max, & Tyson took out of their summer to teach our students about baseball, basketball, softball and track! Gracias!








On May 23rd, K-6 Elementary students were treated to Snow Cones by the Sunshine Committee as a way to celebrate the end of the school year! Lots of smiling faces and happy students!
