Nothing says school spirit like the boys teaming up with the cheerleaders at the spring pep rally. We are kicking off spring sports with pep, pride and a little extra flair.

The ag mech class made the district a cardboard trailer so we can recycle all the cardboard in the district. Make sure to check it out when you come back from Spring Break next week.



Today was Hats/Crazy Hair Day. The Cat welcomed students as they came, story read to the younger kids, and here are some of our favorite pictures.





The Lady Dragons finished off the season with an OT victory over Limon today. Thanks for the memories ladies.


5th grade was at Rural Ameritowne for the 100th day.










Grace Whisenhunt, Leah Struckmeyer, and Ellie Kleve attended the Girls Lead the Way conference at Colorado School of Mines. They got to participate in interactive STEM activities and hear from current students about what college academics and college living are like.


During the teacher fair held at Fort Hays, Kansas today, Mrs. Powell encountered two future educators from Holyoke. #HTI


5th graders used success criteria to give feedback to their peers on the drafts of their persuasive speeches. Students will present speeches next week!

Big shoutout to our Brain Bowl teams! Our 3rd graders snagged 2nd place, and the rest of the teams rocked the top six in divisions with at least 14 teams. Way to go!



Mrs. French's students gave "How-to" speeches in class. They had to answer question from their peers. The class received feedback on their speeches and how to ask informational questions.


Mrs. Kleve went old school with Dictionary wars in class this week.
