#YearInReview Mrs. Houghtelling's class ended the year with book report projects! Students were able to tell all the literature elements in the books they read. A great way to show what they learned in reading throughout the year.

Mrs. Hunter's #YearInReview she reflected on a guest speaker that came to class. "It is always exciting to see how the students enjoy learning new things like virtual welding. They all got a chance to experience it. Many of them didn't even know what welding was."
Mrs. Clayton enjoyed working with the class of 2024. They served as wonderful role models and leaders and she looks forward to them taking what they have learned from our school district and applying it to make their impact on the world. #YearInReview

Mrs. Bieber's #YearInReview is dedicated to her English 7 students who showcased their creativity with one-pagers while analyzing theme and characters after reading the novel in verse The Crossover by Kwame Alexander.

A popular project in sixth grade was when students read the WWII novel Code Talkers and then did a cereal box book report about the book to showcase what they learned. #YearInReview

Mrs. Sprague said, "My most memorable moment from last year was the relationships built with students. One student and I started off to a 'rocky' beginning but by the end of the year, that student brought me flowers." #YearInReview

The activity captured our studentās work ethic, determination and growth. They read fairy tales with such great enthusiasm! Fairy tales can be a challenge for learners but they accepted the challenge and it was a favorite of Mrs. Bencomo & Mrs. Shafer. #YearInReview
